Sugar - we love sugar! We crave sugar! Sugar is taking away our glow!!


Sugar leads to the breakdown of proteins in the skin causing sagging, dehydrates the skin leading to wrinkles, feeds bad bacteria in the gut which in turn shows up as premature aging on the skin and negatively affects the production of antiaging hormones in the body.


Sugar also messes with your brain, blocking the signal that you are full which causes you to eat more. This causes a spike in blood sugar, excess sugar in the blood means excess sugar in the tissue, this leads to more wrinkles.
