Back in 2015, life threw me some brutal challenges. I lost my mother suddenly and became the caregiver for my very sick father. The stress and emotional toll led to chronic health issues, compounded by a serious shoulder injury and the onset of menopause symptoms.

I was a mess.

But instead of letting these setbacks define me, I used my background as a certified functional nutrition expert, personal chef, trainer, and integrative health coach to take back control of my health. I built a sustainable lifestyle that helped me recover and thrive.

Now, I’m passionate about helping others do the same.
