In 2015 I lost my mother suddenly and became the caregiver of my very sick father.  The stress of these experiences caused chronic health issues.  Add to this a severe shoulder injury and menopause symptoms. 

 

Yeah!  I was a hot mess.

 

Using my expertise as functional nutrition expert, personal chef, trainer, and coach, I created a lifestyle that helped me recover.

 

My approach, which includes intermittent fasting and targeted nutrition, has been incredibly effective for me and my clients.
