Under Eye Circles SUCK!!

I don't know anyone who likes undereye circles.

Some of us have them from time to time, they come and go, but some of us just have these dark, blackish/blue circles under our eyes that make us look tired and older.

Unfortunately, they are caused by so many different things.

1. Allergies which release histamines causing your blood vessels to dilate and become more visible under your skin.

If allergies are your problem increase your intake of foods high in quercetin which is a natural antihistamine. They are blackberries, blueberries, green tea, apples

2. Fatigue can cause dark circles because it can cause your skin to become dull and pale. This allows for dark tissue and blood vessels beneath the skin to show

3. As we age the skin becomes thinner and the blood vessels under the skin can be seen making us look like we have dark circles.

4. Staring at the TV or computer screen can cause eye strain, which in turn causes the blood vessels around the eyes to enlarge making the skin look dark.

5. Dehydration is a common cause of dark circles under your eye. When you’re dehydrated, the skin beneath the eye area begins to look dull and your eyes look sunken, and again, the blood vessels can be seen.

6. Being deficient in vitamin K and the mineral potassium can cause dark circles, so increase your consumption of leafy greens, sweet potatoes and bananas.

I hope this helps you to alleviate your dark circles if you have them.
